An international industrial engineering group
has tasked us with researching a:
TALENT MANAGER
The Talent Development Manager is in charge to plan, develop, manage and oversee talent acquisition and management; in particular:
Develop a sustainable Talent Management Strategy in order to meet the strategic goals of the company, including recruitment process, onboarding, training and career management
Design, plan and lead the execution of the recruitment plan
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts
Ensure efficiency of the selection processes in collaboration with the recruitment & training manager
Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
Find and manage bottlenecks in the recruiting process
Define career and universities fairs programs, and similar events
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
Train employees to be brand ambassadors
Design, plan and lead the onboarding process
Plan procedures for induction period
Design, plan and lead the training and career management program
Manage the implementation of career paths in the organization
Analyze the skills and the improvements needed within the organization
Define and manage a training program in collaboration with the Accademy / knowledge manager of the company
Qualifications And Experience
5-10 years of experience in similar roule
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, test etc.)
Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
Experience with Recruitment tools
Desirable Skills/Abilities

Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Good english level
Have the ambitious to be a self-driven Talent Acquisition/development Manager
Be a first actor on strategy: planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Management
