Our client is a multinational company, global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of industrial solutions. We are looking for the:

Project Finance Analyst

Position Summary:

The Project Finance Analyst will join the Corporate Finance team, working closely with the CFO, Senior Management team and the shareholder. The position will be a key contributor in three main areas: Corporate Finance and M&A, Reporting and Financial Control, Ad-hoc Finance Projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Corporate Finance and M&A: Support financial modeling, valuation, and integration planning for new acquisitions. Contribute to due diligence, investment analysis, and scenario modeling to optimize strategic decisions.
  • Reporting and Financial Control: Month-end performance analysis, management reporting, and group consolidation activities. Prepare materials for board and shareholder reviews, ensuring accuracy, insight, and timeliness in all financial deliverables.
  • Ad-hoc Finance Projects: Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving financial processes, data reliability, and cash management. Contribute to digital finance programs and the adoption of AI tools that enhance forecasting, analysis, and decision-making across the Group.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Experience / Skills:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, with exposure to project finance, investment analysis, or reporting. Background in M&A, transaction services, and/or experience within a Big Four advisory or audit firm is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and comfort with financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong digital acumen with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and financial analysis tools.
  • Experience in multinational settings and managing multiple projects is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
